BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Chi-Hao Wu is currently working as Associate professor in the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences at Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. in Food Science and Biotechnology from National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan in 2009. He continued with postdoctoral research at the National Chung Hsing University, and then moved to the Taichung Veterans General Hospital to study the negative effects of dietary glycotoxins on the development of cancer during 2009−2012.
