BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Şeniz Karabiyikli is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, at Gaziosmanpaşa University, Turkey. She did her Ph.D. in Food Microbiology Section, Food Engineering Department, Ege University, Izmir, Turkey. She has authored many articles and is working as Editorial Board member and as a reviewer of many peer-reviewed journals.
