BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Armando Zepeda Bastida is presently working as a full-time research professor in the department of Veterinary Biotechnology, Agricultural Science Institute of Autonomous University, Hidalgo, Mexico. He received his doctoral degree in cell biology from Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico. He guided eight undergraduate students for their thesis work. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and written four books. He has participated in fourteen international and national conferences. He also participates as an evaluator of Academic Bodies, new full-time professors and Scholars nationwide by the Under Secretary of Higher Education. He has been responsible for Laboratory of Biochemistry and Cell Biology and Extension Coordinator for Academic of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics, from 2011 to date and Leader of the Group of Veterinary Biotechnology Research. He is a member of the CONACyT National System of Researchers Level 1 and serves as a reviewer for international and national journals.
