BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Yoshimitsu Takahashi is currently working as Patent Scientist at Shiga International Patent Office, Tokyo, Japan (2012-present). He received his Ph.D. (2003) in Biological Science from the University of Tokyo, Japan. He studied M.S. in Biological Science in the University of Tokyo (2000) and B.S. in Biotechnology, Tokyo University of Science (1998), Japan. He also worked as Visiting Fellow and Research Fellow at National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD USA (2003-2011) and also honored many awards. He has published research and review articles in various international and national journals.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr.Yoshimitsu Takahashi’s research background involves in the Identification of Post-translational modification (sumoylation, ubiquitination, phosphorylation, acetylation etc.) of chromosomal proteins using Budding yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Artificial Intelligence (Neurobiology and Psychology aspect), Economic activities of innovative company including Due Diligence of Biological Intellectual property, Intellectual property rights (Patent, Design, Trademark and Copyright) as well as industry-academia collaboration.
