BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Ira S. Richards is presently working as a Professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, School of Public Health, and as Associate Professor, Department of Internal Medicine, College of Medicine at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, USA. He received his Ph.D. (1976) from New York University, Manhattan, New York. He completed his M.S. (1972) in University of Massachusetts, Boston, and B.S. (1970) at Long Island University, New York. He is a member of various international and national organizations such as the Society of Toxicology and American Academy of Clinical Toxicology and has received several grants. He is an author of books and book chapters and has published numerous articles in international and national journals. He has participated in various professional meetings and gave presentations. He serves as an Editorial board member and reviewer of scholarly journals.
