BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Onur Ketenoğlu Completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. at Ankara University Dept.of Food Engineering, Turkey and previously worked as Research Assistant, he is the member of some Scientific Organizations.
Dr. Onur Ketenoğlu published numerous articles in international journals and Editorial Board Member in some scientific journals.
Dr. Onur Ketenoğlu research interests are Functional Foods, Food Toxicology, Food Engineering, Unit Operations, Biological and Chemical Kinetics, Molecular Distillation (Short-path), Mass and Energy Balances, Material and Energy Balances, Reaction Kinetics, Thermodynamics.
