BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Mustapha Mouloua is a Professor of Psychology and Director of the Transportation Research Group (TRG) Laboratory at UCF at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida. He received his PhD and M.A. degrees in Applied/Experimental Psychology from the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C. Before joining the faculty at UCF in 1994, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cognitive Sciences Laboratory of the Catholic University of America from 1991 to1994 where he studied and researched several aspects of human-automation interaction topics sponsored by NASA, and the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
Dr. Mustapha Mouloua has over 25 years of experience in the teaching, practice, research design, development, and evaluation of complex human-machine systems and received many prestigious awards and honors. He is the editor of several books, and has over 140 publications and scientific reports published in journals. In addition, he has also made over 225 presentations at national and international meetings, 55 invited colloquia and lectures at local and regional meetings, and was featured in 42 interviews in local, national, and international newspapers, radio, and T.V. interviews.
