BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Luz-Eugenia Cox-Fuenzalida is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at University of Oklahoma, United States. She received her Ph.D. from University of Oklahoma, December 2000. She is an experimental research psychologist and works in the field of personality psychology. Her research is interdisciplinary as it combines the study of both personality and human factors. She focuses primarily on personality traits with biological and/or perceptual bases (e.g. extraversion and neuroticism) and she is particularly interested in research using human performance and/or psychophysiological measures.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Luz-Eugenia Cox-Fuenzalida’s research interest includes the behavioral aspects of individual differences, examining specifically mediating effects on performance in response to workload variation. Other research projects involve the study of self-esteem and social support.
